The NEED
Watching current events and commenting about the poor, short lifespan of paper masks, we rethought the need and a response from a product that is DURABLE, that is ALMOST IMPENETRABLE to droplets and aerosols, that SAVES money, and resources, and most of all DOES NOT CREATE WASTE, that may or not have virus, we need something that really protects us by filtering the air we breathe, so we put together our expertise and fast development capabilities and created this soft mask, that allows you to do your thing without having to buy and safely dispose of hundreds of masks, you need just one or two barrier masks to have the same or better protection.
The FABRIC
This Fabric is made by one of the best mills in the USA, and its called BARRIER FABRIC, because of its HIGH DENSITY CONSTRUCTION, meaning the weaving is so tight, and it is pressed with 90 tons of Heated Pressure, so it becomes a barrier nothing goes thru its 99.99 barrier. Warp and weft are the two basic components used in weaving to turn thread or yarn into fabric
Has high-longevity construction, so it withstands severe washing by the hundreds, even with chlorine washing or Autoclave, ETO or Gamma sterilization. Basically is like having a steel plate covering your mouth and nose, that resists fluids and bacterial penetration, in a soft kids friendly mask.. that reduces per use disposal costs.
The DESIGN
We designed a better mask, wider bigger and one that conforms to a human face, compared to a regular square mask, we designed a wider fold and wider and longer so it folds under your chin, and finally we created the best mask that truly adapts to the contour of our face, so there are no gaps or open bags where we can breathe air with no filter, so we created the FULL GRIP, which is the safest mask on the market due to 2 factors, the ergonomic design and the fabric. We have sent our mask to several universities and the feedback we got is awesome because of its characteristics.
Then we added sizes , so for kids the full grip with its vel cro on the back , makes a very comfortable and safe mask, that wont slip down your face, leaving you unprotected, and its even better for kids with special needs that may not control a regular face, being more vulnerable to droplets, when the mask is down, all that makes this mask one of the best mask available on the market.
I am sure some Asian companies will produce a replica, but what they cannot get is the fabric, they may use a barrier fabric like plastic, which is no good, we use a breathable barrier fabric, that BLOCKS up to 99.99 of bacteria thru the air. This mask you can wash everyday and use all year long, so you will save money compared to any other mask, even the blue ones, that are good but last very short time. so you have to keep buying new ones every day. This is the cheapest in the long run. most effective, most expensive, best mask available.
The FINE PRINT
Like everything in life, it is your responsibility to use the mask correctly, and dispose of it correctly and wash it correctly and put on people and kids and adults in a safe and correct way, so properly breathing is allowed, while having the droplet protection.
